Curating the menu is Danny Amirian, born and raised in Westlake, he brings his fresh farm to fork approach back to the Conejo Valley. Danny's exclusive menu is always changing to focus on local farms and purveyors' best available product. Danny cooks from the heart and his passion will show on the plate.

First time there and it was great....100% recommend and will GO back soon. Loved the wine, and everything from greeting through the meal and etc. Want a really nice evening out.....it's right here!!

What a gem! Chef Danny and his team are some of the best in all of Los Angeles let alone Oak Park… Always seasonal, fresh, and delicious. Feel lucky to have this as a go to.

An amazing dinner! This was our first time dining at Cork Dork and it didn't disappoint. Everyone at our table had amazing meals. From the soup to the entree everything was delicious. The service was great, our server was attentive and had great recommendations for the wine and food. We will definitely be returning soon.

Very pleasant dinner on Christmas Eve. Enjoyed the experience from start to finish, from delicious food, friendly and efficient wait staff, and yummy drinks. The owner/chef came out to greet us after our meal and struck up a conversation with our adult son about the local restaurant industry and wholesale auto stuff. Very friendly, down-to-earth guy, and easy to communicate with. As far as the food goes, the steak skewers were a hit! You must try these! Everything else was tasty as well, the chicken, branzino, and lamb breast. Very creative menu with unique flavors - not your run-of-the-mill seafood and steak restaurant.

Outstanding meal. We had the tasting menu with wine pairing. Chef Danny and his team were exceptional and Rosie’s wine pairings were perfect. Best meal I have had in years!

Excellent food and wine selection. New menu items were outstanding. Try the skirt steak, risotto, branzino, yellowtail appetizer, wagyu skewer appetizer, and the smores dessert!
