   This is our second time eating here and I’m so glad we came back. Once again, everything was incredible. Cork & Cap has solidified itself as one of my Lancaster “must go’s” any time I’m in the area. If you’re going to be in Lancaster, make it a point to eat here.

   the Cork Factory history and setting make for a wonderful time with family and friends. The food was delicious and we loved every minute of it. Nice selection of food and drinks. Definitely a Lancaster must.

   Excellent service from server named Doni She was not only efficient but very upbeat & gracious! Food was very tasty and its presentation was equally delightful.

   Nice enough place, but definitely not a 4 or 5 star experience. The food was very good, but average. Rolls were undercooked, bread served with crab dip was stale. The service was slow and inattentive. When it came to after dinner there was nothing but regular coffee available, no espresso or cappuccino offered (what a simple thing to have) and was told they will be offering an espresso martini, but will be using 'instant' coffee. Not what you expect from a 4.4 star review.

   Always a terrific atmosphere. The food and service were excellent. The best Brown Sugar Old Fashioned I’ve had. See you in 2025.

   Normally, our experience with this restaurant is fairly good. But last night's experience was truly terrible. Our waiter paid little attention to us. We waited for quite a while to even be greeted by him. We ordered drinks and soup. We finished our drinks and would've liked to have ordered a second round, but our waiter was nowhere to be found. We asked another staff person to help us and he said he would get our waiter. That didn't happen. Finally, our food came and my order of brisket was terrible. The beef was cut along the grain instead of across it which caused it to be stringy and tough. I sent it back after waiting for quite a while for our waiter to even check in with us. Ordered a burger instead and asked for medium well. The burger came out and blood was running from it onto my plate. Again, the waiter never checked in to see if it was prepared as I asked and we had to go to the hostess desk to ask for our check. Terrible experience, very disappointed.

   Love their food. Unfortunately, this dining experience, food wasn’t hot especially the vegetables/sides. Less seafood options on the menu than in the past. Love the stone walls & decor.

    Beef Wellington melted in your mouth. The atmosphere was amazing, but easy to have conversations. The service was excellent and LOVED our meal here
