   We had a table for six. The service was spot on. Not too formal or intrusive but responsive to requirements. The restaurant appeared full but noise levels were fairly low and there was a good overall ambience. Four chose one tasting menu and two the other, so we were able to experience the full range of the menu between us. The food was British/European in style. Several of us commented that salt levels seemed to be lower than we had sometimes encountered in high level restaurants, which we regarded as a good thing. However, I was the only one to try the scallop tartare, which I felt was perhaps slightly under-seasoned. But that was the only minor criticism of otherwise excellent food. We opted for the accompanying wine flights. The wines were very good and matched the food but the only red was for the meat course and, for our personal preference, we would have liked a second red, perhaps for the fourth course. Overall, it was a great experience; we did not notice the time and it was past midnight when we left.

   Clare Smyth has managed to do what most chefs cannot - create innovative dishes that are incredible delicious. Every item on her menu was incredible and beautiful.

   Good food and having good time there! Even though in between that we have some miscommunication about the food, they quickly react and gives us extra one to make it up for it... I sure will visit again!
