   Halibut is beautifully seared on the outside soft in the inside. Filet is 10/10. Go! Highly recommend!

   Chef Javier and company have rescued/revived the eclectic restaurant scene in Delmar. The oysters and the mignonette: always PERFECTION! The wedge salad with house made bleu cheese and pomegranates: I wanted to lick the plate! The lobster with house made pasta-ate every last delicious bite. Finally...the GOAT CHEESECAKE...sweet and bright, a beautiful presentation including a slice of honeycomb and a hint of sea salt w/pistachios. This dessert is rivaled only by their chocolate crème brûlée and orange blossom cake as one of my top 5 favorite desserts of all time. As always the staff complete the experience. From the moment you arrive until the time you leave, you are their most welcome guest. Thank you Coray Kitchen family!

   Coray Kitchen is consistently warm and inviting. It is enjoyable to dine in establishment where the level of food preparation, the knowledge and care of staff and the welcoming environment is …unparalleled. We started with well-made drinks from the bar and enjoyed a conversation with Casey - one of the owners. Then we shared a few small plates: the roasted oyster special, the octopus and, of course, the shrimp in the Cajun cream sauce. We savored them all! During the meal, Zan our upbeat, knowledgeable server, asked if we would like another beverage and then went on to suggest a white wine that paired excellently with our meal. From making a reservation to paying the bill, everything was delightful. Thank you!
