   Nice place for a Sunday brunch in Covington. The service is always good. I’ve found their food hit and miss in the past, but hit the mark today!

   Good brunch at Coppin. Our adult members liked the Bloody Mary and mimosas. Food was well prepared and delicious. We were seated in a great spot in the dining room, easy to sit and converse and enjoy brunch. Highly recommend the Coppin.

   It seemed as though the kitchen may have been struggling a bit with a large function in the bar. They were out of the tomahawk that we originally ordered, and then a steak came out grey, twice. They service and atmosphere were both very very good, despite some of the volume from the bar side leaking over into the dining room. We will definitely be back to give the kitchen a fair chance at redemption.

   Wonderful meal with excellent service. We had the pear appetizer and scallops and pork chops. Food was delicious. Perfect date night atmosphere!

   Wonderful food and waitstaff. The cocktail menu has a great variety and the short rib pasta was excellent.

   Really was excited about trying this restaurant for brunch. The service was tremendously slow. It took about seven minutes for someone to come our table. Introduced yourself then from there about another 10 to 15 minutes before we can get our order placed. My coffee took almost 10 minutes to come. I ordered a latte. Then once our food finally came we never seen our waitress. I had to ask somebody for my check cause we really need to get going. I asked for my eggs to be cooked over. Well hard with no yolk. They came with runny yolk, I couldn’t even get my waitress back to let her know about that. For the first time, this was not great service. Maybe next time if I decide to come, it’ll be a little bit better.

   The food was good. I ordered the yogurt with berries and house made granola and a side order of eggs. My husband had a tradition breakfast with eggs, fruit, sausage and sourdough toast. The portions were large and the food was fresh. But IMI at a hotel, you’re always going to pay a little more. Not sure I’ll go back any time soon due to the service. There was a large bridal party having breakfast assigned to our server. It left her no time at all to take care of us. There were two others servers who came by to get us drinks and apologize on our servers behalf. And, I had to flag down the hostess for a refill on coffee before anyone even took our order. We saw our waitress for all of five minutes, if that. Another server should’ve been assigned to our table. There were plenty of others working. We felt incredibly ignored which is a shame when you’re spending $50+ on breakfast.

    The food and service were excellent. The pork chop entree was delicious, large grilled bone-in chop seasoned and grilled to perfection, served on white bean cassoulet with greens. Really savory and satisfying. Salmon entree also excellent. Service attentive and appetizer/entrees spaced nicely making for a relaxing experience.
