   Service was really great from all staff, including host and wait staff. Food and drinks were really good with a beautiful presentation, steaks cooked perfectly and delicious sides. We did not order dessert. Would definitely eat there again.

   Attended a concert there; drinks and food served with concert in mind and were able to enjoy our meal and get out on time. Service was good and restaurant was clean and had an elegant touch to it.

   Experience was not good. First time there will never go back sent the wrong food to my table eating my steak there was so much grizzle in it. I couldn’t even cut it. I sent it back. For the prices they charge I would be expecting a higher quality of meat. Save your money !!!

   My sweet potato fries never did arrive but weren't taken off our bill. Our waitress Lisa asked her manager about serving my daughter a piece of birthday cake for her 50th birthday celebration complimentary and he said 'yes'. When I looked at my bill the next morning the fries $8 charge was on the bill and $12 for the cake. We were going to the 8 pm show and hurried out of there without looking over the charges.

   This was my first time in copperhorn, i like the ambiance, at first it was quite but it got busy later. They need to upgrade their ambiance as its little outdated and very simple. We like the food and service. I tried the salmon wellington and really liked it. Our server Rahul recommended us the drinks and they made it perfectly. I will recommend this restaurant to try once. Don’t go with the review just give it a try.

   Food was really good but kinda lacked in temperature. I thought the steak was going to be hotter. My server was Denver. He makes fabulous drinks for me and my wife. I will be back again soon. Thanks. Stuart

   The server provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to address our allergy concerns. Their professionalism in communication and friendly demeanor made our experience truly enjoyable. Food was amazing!

   This was my second visit, and it was as terrible as the first. Both times the food came out at different times. I was finished (my horrible prepared steak), before my wife's entree arrived. Our appetizer came, and it took 20 mins for cutlery. And YES we asked. So we stared at it while it got cold. After the appetizer was cleared, the starter bread came, and THEN our drinks. The manager needs to be let go. Our poor server was jammed. She asked the attendants for cutlery and side plates, and finally became frustrated and got them herself. As to the food, it's a steak house and they don't know how to prepare one. I swear my rib-eye was pulled out of the sous-vide and put it on a plate. Steak tasted boiled, and then OVER salted. I booked reservations there as we were attending a show, next time we will eat local and just go to the show. So much potential, ruined by terrible timing, and people not field testing their food.

    Food was excellent. Service was terrible. Took far too long just to get our drinks. We ordered an appetizer to share but they brought our appetizer and did not divide it into two plates, nor did they bring separate plates. Then our entrées came out less than five minutes later so we didn't even get to enjoy our appetizer. The server never came back to check if everything was OK. I had to ask twice for salt and pepper. Ultimately, we had to go find the server to request the bill to pay because we were seeing a show and the server never came back to check on us.
