We are a 21 and over establishment! Copper Spoon is a New American restaurant focusing on seasonal, contemporary fare that highlights our Northeast Indiana producers. We work local farmers and artisans to source proteins, produce, and baked goods to provide you with the highest quality ingredients.

Our cocktail program has been nominated for a Tales of the Cocktail award for best bar/restaurant cocktail menu. We have one of the largest selections of whiskey, bourbon, rye, and scotch in Indiana. Our cocktail menu features over one hundred classic cocktails, seasonal house cocktails created by our bar team and an extensive list of spirits, wines and beers.

We are passionate about hospitality and our craft. We put a lot of care in absolutely everything we do! Be prepared to sit back, relax, and enjoy the experience.

We are located at the Harrison Building downtown Fort Wayne. Our back yard is Parkview Field, which gives us the best patio seating around. Go Tin Caps!

Another fabulous dinner at Copper Spoon. We requested Jodi and she took care of us beautifully. The food was spot on and drinks always wow us! Our quiet cozy table overlooking Parkview Field Christmas lights was perfect.

We have been to Cooper Spoon maybe 8-10 times. This time, everything was great except the cocktails. Our first round literally took 20 minutes, we checked the time as we knew what time we sat down. My husband ordered a white russian and was given something clear that tasted like butterscotch. Definitely not a white russian. We decided we must swicth to a bottle of wine to prevent ourselves from waiting another 20 minutes for our 2nd and possible 3rd round. They did give us free dessert, but honestly for a place that wins awards for it's cocktails and service, they really should have done more. We will think twice before going back. Fort Wayne has too many other great restaurant options to make people wait 20 minutes for a drink...our appetizers were out before our drinks and we ordered them after we ordered the drinks.

I regret the long wait you experienced during your visit. Your reservation was during a 40 top party, and their drinks had the bar swamped. Since you were seated in a bar booth, you would've seen the bartenders working as quickly as possible. The holidays bring a lot of large parties, and we only have one bar to serve our extensive cocktail menu from. There are no other restaurants in Fort Wayne offering 150+ cocktails, and on most occasions we are able to execute in a timely manner. As for your White Russian, that is normally a pleaser, so it sounds like an error was made, and you were brought an incorrect cocktail, and we're very sorry about that. Hopefully you know from past visits we are capable of delivering a wonderful experience. Thank you for supporting our small local business.

I'm sorry you didn't feel you received a good value. We feel it is important to support our local economy as much as possible which is why we choose to source our ingredients from our local farms. This means our menu rotates frequently as it is streamlined with the seasons. Our pricing is in line with other establishments sourcing locally and providing livable wages, but we understand this may not be at the forefront to everone who dines with us. Also with the seasons comes a rotation of our wines by the glass, so we have to cater to what is in demand during any given season to avoid wastefully opening bottles that won't fully sell. Thanks anyway for giving us a try.

    - Slow service - Waited 30 minutes for dessert and ended up canceling but I had paid already, which was refunded - Manager lacked concern and didn’t even come over at first - When he finally did, he apologized but only offered $10 off next time and still didn’t get my dessert and by this time I was just ready to go home - I eat at a minimum of 8 restaurants a month in Fort Wayne and have eaten here before but I may not return

I am very sorry we got backed up on desserts. That station was unmanned due to an emergency surgery yesterday, and while we all stepped in to try and help, the short-handedness slowed us down there. I am the owner, and I was the one who visited your table offering my apologies. I hope that your past experiences with us were a better indicator of the service we pride ourselves upon, and while we are never "fast" due to being fully scratch from fresh ingredients, that is far too long to wait for a dessert, and I regret that your dinner ended on that note. I do hope you will visit again so we can win you back! Thanks for your feedback.
