Step into our historic building, and you will immediately be greeted by its red-brick walls, exposed beams, and intimate bar space leading to an open and airy dining room and our fantastic back patio set for outdoor dining and conversations around our fire pit (weather permitting!).

Sit at the bar to enjoy an artisanal beer or oak-aged bourbon alongside a quick bite of charcuterie meats and cheeses, crispy brussels sprouts, or shark fries. Or venture into the heart of Copper Shark for a leisurely chef-inspired meal created by Chef Matthew Audette.

In addition to seasonal masterpieces, you can always count on classic cuisine like our petite filet, soup du jour and pot du creme. Weather permitting, we encourage you to cozy up next to our courtyard fire pit.

    Food was very good and once we were seated the service was prompt and friendly. But, despite having arrived on time for our 7:00 reservation we were not seated until about 7:30, which was pretty annoying. Host staff seemed very confused and asked us the same questions multiple times. As I said, it ended up being a good meal but we got a very poor first impression.

    The service was outstanding at the bar and in the restaurant. The food was great! We had the pork dish and wish the pork was sliced vs on the bone, much easier to eat if it was off the bone. Burrata was out of this world! Always a good spot to have dinner!

    We have been to Copper Shark a couple of times recently - we sat in the dining area and then on our next visit, the bar area. We enjoyed the live music by Dave Phenicie - really added to the atmosphere. The staff are quite friendly and the food is delicious. We look forward to going back - especially when the weather warms up and the patio is open again.

    We are huge fans of Copper Shark for brunch, dinner and happy hour! I would love to see more vegetarian savory options on the brunch menu. It would not be difficult to add a veggie omelet or burrito option. Otherwise, everyone is happy!
