Our renaissance inspired restaurant is based on polish royal cuisine. Copernicus stands for traditional recipes interpreted in an innovative manner by our talented Chef – Krzysztof Waś. In our menu you will find mushrooms, quails, crayfish, asparagus and other precious products. Copernicus restaurant has gathered a lot of prizes and awards – among others, the Michelin guide recommendation. In the glass-covered courtyard, guests can relax in the intimate library or in the bar. In the spring and summer season, we invite guests to enjoy drinks on the summer terrace which looks out on the majestic Wawel castle, domes and towers of churches as well as rooftops of the old town. Among the guests of the Copernicus were world leaders, artists and actors. We are honored to name George W. Bush – the president of the United States and Charles III, the King of the United Kingdom as our guests.

    What a wonderful dining experience. Creative dishes, we savored every bite. The service was impreccable and knowledgeable. Our 5 course menu was more like 12 with the included amuse bouche. Highly recommend!!!

    Awesome place for special occasions. I booked a table to make a wedding proposal in the middle of the day, ant there were only two of us. And special for the waiter team. Thanks to their help my 'improvisation' went seamlessly and memorable.

    Très bonne expérience, L'accord met/vin est bien fait mais le qualité prix des vins est à revoir (Sur la partie vin le prix ne vaut pas la qualité des vins dans vos verres) Concernant les plats, la décoration comme la finesse gustative sont aux rendez vous et les plats polonais revisités sont excellents. Au niveau du service c'est bien entendu de qualité mais les présentations sont plus une récitation qu'un véritable échange dans la présentation des vins notamment et j'ai noté plusieurs erreurs (Et oui les vins de Toscane ne sont pas en France). L'ambiance est impeccable (décoration, calme et classe). Donc très très bien mais quelques petits progrès à faire pour être au niveau d'un étoilé français.

    Incredible hospitality with a wonderful food. Great presentation, very attentive staff paying attention to the details. Local fresh ingredients with superior flavors. Also highly recommend the selection of Polish wines from different regions of Poland.

    The seven course menu was fantastic. Apart from the 7 courses you get two amuse bouche and one pre dessert, everything was wonderful. The steak tartar, the scallops and the pierogi were the highlight for me. Very good and extensive wine list, service is top notch.
