   So my biggest complaint is that you guys do not answer your phone and your voicemail box is full I simply wanted to see if I can get an earlier reservation but I guess not. What if I wanted to cancel, I can’t and I get charged a no show fee? That’s pretty desperate if you ask me. The servers were kind and accommodated for most of which we asked for. One person serving meat spilled a sauce on my pants which wasn’t ideal. The sides were not good at all we had about four of them and only the spinach dip tasted good. The live show was exciting and nice but after and before the show they music was way too loud I could not hear my girlfriend at all we barely spoke, if we wanted to go to a club we would have but we wanted to have a romantic dinning experience that was ruined by obnoxiously loud music. I’ve had great experiences in the other two locations this was my first time at this one and I can say this location would be my last choice next time if there even is one.

   Service was poor, my wife asked if she can get her steak welldone, server said yes and then did not bring a SINGLE steak for her. My wife had no steak...at a steakhouse. For me, the service of steak was in frequent, i had to ask them 4 times to bring me some steak because it had been 30 min since my last serving. Overall not the worth the money

   Excellent food. Service a little disorganized. Table next to us who wasn't even there before us received the exact same food as we ordered before us. Don't like that the deposit to hold the reservation doesn't go towards the meal and you have to wait to get it back. I find the music loud but it could be because I'm getting older lol.

   The music, food and atmosphere was impeccable. I love the dim dark vibe and the food tasting, was amazing. The music could be a little less loud as it was hard to have conversations with my partner. The service at the beginning of getting food was very slow and eventually it picked up the pace. Overall great experience just wish the service was a little bit better.

   Our Valentine's Day visit to Copacabana Steakhouse was marked by a mix of culinary excellence and environmental challenges. The food was absolutely tremendous, exceeding our expectations in every way. Each dish demonstrated the kitchen's expertise, and the fresh cornbread served was truly the cherry on top of an already impressive meal. However, our dining experience was hampered by some logistical issues that began shortly after our arrival. We encountered a series of seating challenges, starting with table 115 assistance, the staff moved us to table 114, and finally to table 101 in the corner. Unfortunately, even this final table was unstable, which detracted from our comfort during the meal. The most significant drawback of our visit was the overwhelming volume of the music. The noise level was extremely loud, forcing my partner and I to bend over the table just to communicate with each other. For what should have been an intimate Valentine's Day meal, having to strain to hold a conversation significantly diminished our enjoyment of the atmosphere. Copacabana Steakhouse clearly excels in their steak products, the combination of unstable furniture and excessive music volume created unnecessary challenges that impacted what could have been an exceptional dining experience.

    BARELY GOT ANY CUTS! It was unfortunate but the servers rarely brought the fresh meat cuts to our side of the restaurant. We were mostly indulging in the sides. It should really be changed to allow everyone to have a chance to at least try everything because everyone is paying the same amount. Vaughan location is way better in my opinion. Won’t be going here again.
