   They have a packed house but I am able to say the service didn’t suffer at all . This a great place to visit for Andy meal

   My wife and I shared a meal at Cooper's Hawk, Wesley Chapel, on New Years Eve. They were very busy. We had a wait to be seated and served. It was our first time at the restaurant and while we waited, we took in the surroundings. Since it was New Year's Eve, the crowd was very eclectic, and some dress was entertaining keeping us interested while we waited. Our server did a wonderful job for us and the food was excellent. Because of the crowd, the restaurant was very noisy. However, we enjoyed our dining experience and will go again, possibly to their week-end brunch.

   Excellent New Years Eve dinner! It was busy because of the holiday but we didn’t even notice. We had excellent service from start to finish. We were not rushed at all. Food was excellent. Very enjoyable evening.

   Our dinner of steak medallion and lobster tail was absolutely impeccable. Our bartender made our drinks perfectly. It was worth our hour drive to have a pleasurable experience .

   Service was phenomenal. This is a decent restaurant with great wine selections and generous pours for the flights. Unfortunately the food was just ok. The steak medallions from the chef’s selection were supposed to be medium temp but were a bit over cooked and the broccolini was not very warm. It was also unfortunate that the shrimp scampi was swimming in a watered down sauce. The bacon wrapped shrimp was also over cooked but the brussels sprouts starter was delicious.

    I’ll start by saying that this is my sixth visit to Cooper’s Hawk and have always enjoyed the food & service thus far. However, I was a little disappointed by the service & some of the dishes we ordered. Especially since I was bringing a good friend there for the first time. First, our wait person was ok, but not as friendly and attentive as the previous ones that have waited on me. The server twice walked away before we completed giving our orders, but apologized once I pointed it out. My friend liked the taste of the calamari, but wished the coating was crispier. We both liked the wedge salad. I did not like the flavor or lack of flavor of the Chicken Piccata with the lemon caper butter sauce! The grilled steak with chimichurri was ok, except that the chimichurri was in a form of an aoli, which we did not expect. All that being said, I think that the managers are very good at addressing and rectifying any issues and based on my previous experiences at this restaurant, I would go back.
