    Only disappointment was two items on the menu were not available. I ended up just getting soup and salad, which was good.

    Visiting from out of state, I thought Cooper’s Hawk would be the perfect place; it wasn’t. I think they have an amazing menu; however, our server had no idea where their wines came from upon my husband asking. When three of our prime rib sandwiches came out ice cold and au jus cold, server said it was supposed to be cold. Impossible. When leaving, another server was questioned about prime rib sandwich and he said, No - sandwich and jus is hot. There were a couple other issues but frankly, this restaurant has so much potential but unless they work on food temperature and train their servers, I don’t see it lasting long. When we went over to family’s house next day - they stated that they gave Cooper’s Hawk two tries but price point and quality of food did not equate.

    New year's eve dinner was excellent ,the atmosphere was great had food and a glass of chocolate noir a red wine it was excellent the waitress was pleasant, and courteous, a must place for a special occasion,thank you all for a wonderful time
