We enjoyed our dinner at Cooper’s Hawk. It was good food, a very broad selection of choices for all eating types (vegetarian, steak, lite etc.). The wine was good and being able to reserve a table with Open Table made our experience that much more possible, if not easier. Unfortunately, my elderly parents are frail and hard of hearing. With a table of 6 there was no way on earth we could hear eachother in conversation or even the server when ordering. If you are looking for a cozy, comfortable setting this is not the place to go (unless there are only 2 of you sitting close together at a table). Not the atmosphere I was hoping for, but food was good and so was the wine.

We were seated right away. Our favorite appetizer is the meatballs. Sauce is excellent w some goat cheese. It comes w toasted bread and there’s plenty of bread and about 5 decently sized meatballs. My spouse ordered the grouper. He was very happy. Well prepared. I ordered the red wine braised short ribs which I recommend. They were tender, flavorful and not too fatty. Came w mashed potatoes. We had no room for dessert. Will eat at Coopers Hawk again soon.

Going on the weekend before Christmas we knew it was going to be busy, our waitress was super and always checking in on us and letting us know the status of our food and to make sure we didn’t need anything. All the waitstaff was hustling , even the manager was on the floor helping out.

Good food and great service. Kaycee was our server and was awesome! Also did a wine tasting. Beverly was our wine attendant and was great. She was attentive and social. Also guided us through the various wines.
