Worst service we’ve ever received at this restaurant. Food took over an hour from order to the table. Couldn’t flag our server down because she was either talking with other tables or couldn’t be found. Ordered a bottle of wine when our food arrived and finally had it delivered right before we finished eating. Dinner service on a busy night should normally take an hour. From sit down to out the door was just under 3 hours.

White Sangria was OK, though a bit watered down. Appetizers (Drunken Shrimp and Meatballs) were, as usual, very good. Was not served the usual bread loaf, which is good with the appetizer sauces. We were not able to catch up with the right staff to get it before the entrees were served. Additional drinks were not offered, but that was OK, since there is sufficient wine at home. Entrees were repeatable. We like Cooper's Hawk and will dine in again soon. Perhaps things will settle down and routines will improve after the holidays.

Food is always great, but we have a server who was very rude. She barely spoke and when she did she was short and demanding. We were a party of 10 and she was rude to several at the table.

We had a reservation and were seated promptly to a filthy table. I didn't even want to put my feet on the floor under the table. There had clearly been children at this table and it was not cleaned! There were whole pieces of food and bread and crayons on the floor. Everything was sticky! Even walking in the restaurant the tile floor was like a grease slick! Seems they need to find some soap and water. The service from that point was OK and the food was OK, but not rushing to return. Usually Cooper's Hawk is better than this.

It was Christmas eve and the wait staff was hustling and exuberant as ever. They had a busy day, it showed, but they worked as hard as ever. Great crew, magnificent dinner, awesome wine. A good time was had by all.
