I visited this restaurant on 12/30 with a 7:00 PM reservation, but my experience was anything but timely or pleasant. Despite arriving on time, I wasn’t seated until 7:38 PM after being repeatedly told every 5 minutes that my table would be ready “in 5 minutes.” Once seated, the delays continued. It took over 15 minutes for a server to take our drink order, at which point we decided to order our appetizers and main courses as well due to the lackluster service. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. Two of my guests’ orders came out wrong—twice. After speaking with a male manager to address the first mistake, we requested a different manager for the second round, hoping for better resolution. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. By the time the incorrect orders were finally corrected, it was after 9:00 PM—two hours after our initial reservation. The second manager offered little sympathy, and when we asked for some form of compensation, we were told they would remove one entrée and apply a 20% discount for the inconvenience. To add insult to injury, when we received the bill, it was incorrect. Resolving the issue took another 20 minutes. While I understand the restaurant was busy, it’s no excuse for the repeated errors, delays, and lack of accountability. This was my first and will be my last visit to this location. I cannot recommend it based on my experience.

This experience at Cooper’s Hawk was out of the ordinary for sure. The weight service took longer than usual, but we were OK with that. The problem was that once we received our food, we were notified that they didn’t have any steak knives that are clean. The waiter explained to us that he would have to wait for them to get out the dishwasher. After about a 20 minute wait we went ahead and ate the steak with forks and fingers. I didn’t complain however I didn’t eat my whole meal and was very disappointed.

Great lobster soup and bread. We waited way too long for drinks and our bottle of wine we ordered up front. Got up ourselves to refill our waters. There was no manager walking around to ask how everything is - 25 minutes to get a beer. Disappointed!

Our waitress was okay, not very attentive but my food was made incorrectly. I asked for the corn and tomato risotto from the vegetarian section and my first plate had chicken on it. After being reassured from our waitress that she put it in correctly and it may have been a mix up. I waited and received my second plate which looked promising but after a few bites had chicken in it as well. I’m not sure what happened but I’m assuming they just picked the chicken out of the first one and re-plated it. It was a disappointing experience especially for the prices. I hope they do better as they just made excuses when I told them if the on going issue of not making it to THEIR menu. I didn’t do any customization just ordered it as it was and couldn’t get it.
