Zo was our server..we were celebrating birthdays and the holiday. We come here every year at this time. Our server, Zo was very attentive, although it was 5 of us, she kept her pace. Thank you Zo for a memorable experience.

The service was outstanding! We were a table of 8 and our server was attentive throughout the entire meal. Everyone love the food and drinks. We had a guest from Scotland with us who ordered the trio medallions. No disappointments at our table!

My party had a problem with a simple salad order. It took management a very long time to rectify the problem. I also asked for extra gravy on my beef short ribs and they gave me an extremely small amount. That is one of their expensive dishes so asking for extra gravy shouldn’t have been a problem.

The server was excellent. Attentive gave great suggestions and genuinely seemed pleased to work. The host staff was terrible. They didn’t smile didn’t greet you at the desk. Seemed annoyed that customers dare to enter. I had a reservation, was a few minutes early. Wasn’t seated until almost ten minutes after my reservation. Even the the night hostess had an attitude or unpleasant demeanor. I was getting ready to leave—the hostess was seating a table instead of saying excuse as she barreled through I had To move out the way. Made eye contact with the same server a few minutes later and she rolled her eyes. This type of top & bottom to the dining experience can have a negative impact on customers and the servers.

Had to get up to ask another waiter can she get my waiter after being seated for 10mins. She claim they where switching shift and she took me. FRIES not tasteful as if they refried them. Waiter had me an order to go they were still not good under cooked and some kind of seasoning on them.
