Probably our worst visit here. Our server wasn’t bad it just seems that the drinks took forever and so did the food. All things out of his direct control, but the restaurant just didn’t seem to be running well that night. It made it a very underwhelming experience.

Although I’ve visited several Cooper’s Hawk locations and have always encountered friendly servers, Sonja’s service was on a whole different level. She didn’t just serve us; she created a personalized and memorable experience that felt like dining with family. Sonja’s ability to connect with her guests is unmatched. She has a unique way of making you feel valued, as if your visit is her top priority. She thoughtfully introduced us to a new sparkling wine, which had delightful almond notes and a semi-sweet flavor. The new chicken piccata sauce is not nearly as good. My food arrived later that the other 2 entrees and was missing the potatoes They arrived another 5 minutes later. Very disappointing.

My fiancé ordered steak Churrasco medium-well and I ordered medallions medium. Cook got the temperatures flipped. My medallions were also burnt under the garlic they cover it with. I was too hungry to wait, was looking forward to this dinner. Our server never asked how our meal was and was barely around for me to ask within a timely fashion to send it back. Comparing other experiences at this location were night and day.
