Enjoyed a holiday celebration, and the service, food and atmosphere were just what we had hoped for. Excellent. Don't leave without trying the brussel sprout appetizer!

Quality of the food was very good and the wine was excellent. Unfortunately the entire experience was marred by the poor service. This is an upscale restaurant. The prices reflect this. My expectation is the service quality will match the food quality. Our waiter was either incompetent or not properly trained. Either way the management needs to reevaluate the process that determines when their waiter staff is ready to meet the public. The waiter lost the appetizer order plus one of the entree orders. We realized this when 3 of 4 entrees arrived with no sign of the appetizers. When I pointed this out to the waiter the restaurant management went into damage control. They apologized about the missed appetizers and compt the missing entree. When the missing entree finally arrived everyone else had finished. Not the dining experience we hoped for or expected.

The food was excellent as always, as was the service in the bar and from Jill our waitress. The hosts are very polite and pleasant, and just seem calm and not flustered like at other places. I have never left a review on OT for them but we have been here more times than I can count, and my wife and I had our fist date here so super glad we love everything about it! The caesar salad is terrific, the shrimp and scallops risotto is 10 out 10! There were 4 of us and everyone loved their dishes. The calarmari was way overdone and chewy but that is the only complaint, we forgot to share that feedback bc we were having a good time catching up with our friends. The steak medallions are always great. The Dana Pineappletini is excellent! CH is consistently great!

Seated 15 mins later than reservation, not a big deal, but it took forever to get our drinks and to order. Don’t believe it was the servers fault, she just had too many tables.

We were seated in the bar today which was great as the service by Barbie was very good, the lunch is always good and then we did a wine tasting and James was awesome as always.

Their menu changed somewhat recently. Not as good as it was before. Service was really forgetful: had to remind him twice of gluten free bread, never got the ketchup we asked for, drink refills were slow, he told me my dish could be made with regular gluten free pasta, which I ordered, but it still came out as gnocchi. We took our family of 8 here for a birthday and there was zero acknowledgment except a quick “happy birthday”. Just a disappointing experience from the several times we’ve been before.
