My wife and I were celebrating our 66th anniversary. Food was great and nicely presented. Our server, Warren S. was wonderful. My only complaint, parking was impossible (took us 25 minutes to finally catch a car pulling out).

Order took a very long time all the tables around us that has arrived after us all got their food first. Never brought us bread and the waiter wasn’t around. The bread finally came with the food. Food wasn’t hot did not taste fresh. Chicken was hard.

Loved Gusto and Aime. The tortilla soup is one of the best I have ever had. The calamari is fresh and unique in how it’s made and very flavorful, but also filling. The chicken risotto is also unique but light and flavorful. And the steak w chimichurri was well cooked and flavorful. And as always we had the key lime and it’s amazing. Love this place and the staff is all great

We have been to Cooper’s Hawk winery six times in five different locations from Illinois to Virginia to Florida and sadly this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Our server was negligent and certainly inattentive. We asked for a carafe to decant and he said we didn’t need it, although he did give one to the table behind us. We had to ask for bread. He said he forgot. We had to ask two or three times for a check. He would pass by our table during the meal 2 to 3 times without ever stopping at our table. Three of the four diners in my group found the steak, pork chop, and fish dry. Certainly didn’t seem up to the Cooper’s Hawk standards.

We had reservations, but stood for 45 minutes in a super loud lobby. They kept telling us we were #5 in line. Our individual server was not friendly. Overall a terrible experience.

Had a large party and we requested to move tables together and one of our servers gave us an attitude for asking. She got VERY upset since we moved it, but manager gave us the ok. She kept making nasty comments and gave us nasty looks. Finally a second server came to our table and she was amazing, which change our experience. We ignored the bad attitude from the other server, she was probably having a bad day.
