I have been her many times but this has to be the worst dinning experience I have had. The waitress didn’t get anything right that night. Not even a simple order of water. So disappointed.

This was out first experience that was not really up to the standard we were used to as a Wine Club member. We arrived at 7pm on Thanksgiving eve and were seated at the table by the hostess. After about 40 minutes of waiting and people basically not even noticing us that we decided to speak to the manager Trevor. He was apologetic and wanted to attempt to make it better. We were brought drink samples, bread and water. We ordered appetizers. It seemed to take a while for everything. We eventually ordered the entrees. The jambalaya was horrible...rice under cooked and the food was over spiced. I'm from the south and I have eaten many Loiusiana style entrees. This entree was the pits. The managers did take it off the bill. The other entrees and appetizers were good. I believe they weren't able to keep up with the excessive amount of customers. The other times we have been when it was slower this place seemed to be able to handle it but not this night. Thanks for the comps on the meal but we will probably pick another day/time that is not busy....then we can be taken care of properly.

Had a Thanksgiving dinner reservation. Walked in to a packed entrance. Had to wait 20 mins past our reservation! for a table. Server was nice. Surprised the regular menu was being served in addition to turkey special meal. It took an hour to get our food!!!!! Turkey meals were warm at best. Manager stopped by w a “how are we tonight?” We were like really? We are hungry. She offered to comp an appetizer and our wine. Nice and rightly so but an hour for a special night?????? My suggestion wld be dont overbook and dont offer addl menu items unless you can handle. Leaves a bad taste in our mouths for sure.

We all know the Holidays can be overwhelming for some employees but we waited for ever for are food.Very slow for the food to get to us.Was not the servers fault.Also the bathrooms were very dirty.

Our 4:15pm reservation didn’t get seated until 4:40 pm and then our dinner was not brought to our table until 5:50pm. Ordered a wine flight and received two of the wrong wines in a flight of 4. Ruined my thanksgiving dinner. Will be canceling my 12 year membership.

Our meal was delicious and Debbie was terrific. She was attentive and accommodating. Our only complaint was our table was practically in the kitchen so it was loud, busy and chaotic feeling for me. My husband had his back to it so it wasn't as bad for him.

I have only been to Coopers Hawk a few times but let me tell you since the 1st time I was in love with the food wine and people this place is truly a wonderful place to eat and drink many different wines I have made it a tradition to go every year for Thanksgiving and we always have exceptional customer service
