Had a Thanksgiving dinner reservation. Walked in to a packed entrance. Had to wait 20 mins past our reservation! for a table. Server was nice. Surprised the regular menu was being served in addition to turkey special meal. It took an hour to get our food!!!!! Turkey meals were warm at best. Manager stopped by w a “how are we tonight?” We were like really? We are hungry. She offered to comp an appetizer and our wine. Nice and rightly so but an hour for a special night?????? My suggestion wld be dont overbook and dont offer addl menu items unless you can handle. Leaves a bad taste in our mouths for sure.

Our 4:15pm reservation didn’t get seated until 4:40 pm and then our dinner was not brought to our table until 5:50pm. Ordered a wine flight and received two of the wrong wines in a flight of 4. Ruined my thanksgiving dinner. Will be canceling my 12 year membership.

Our meal was delicious and Debbie was terrific. She was attentive and accommodating. Our only complaint was our table was practically in the kitchen so it was loud, busy and chaotic feeling for me. My husband had his back to it so it wasn't as bad for him.

Great dining experience! The Coopers Hawk team was very hospitable and welcoming. The hostess was very pleasant and friendly taking us to our table. The service by our server was exceptional and she was very attentive taking great care of us. Food was awesome and was ready promptly. We were Visited by your manager Vanessa, who wanted to see that we were enjoying everything. She described the wine we had and even recommended desserts. She clearly is a hands on manager, assisting servers and visiting every table in our area. Thanks for a wonderful experience. We will be back soon to enjoy another date night.

There was a big private party that we were initially seated by, but there was a draft coming from the private room, so the hostess moved us to a warmer spot. Had a reservation, but I think the main dining room was packed. Usually the food is really good, as I moved to Texas and look forward to coming back to Cooper's Hawk. My ravioli sauce wasn't particularly hot and my boyfriend's pork chop could of been cooked a little less, but we were hungry so we didn't bother sending the food back. Tortilla soup appetizer was good, but we asked for hot sauce and it took a pretty long time to get the sauce. Overall experience was decent, but usually I have a better dining experience. Shout out to the lady that was working behind the counter in the front. She was new and super sweet!

We have dined at Coopers Hawk numerous times since they first opened. We always had good food and service. Today we went at noon to try out brunch. What a total disaster! Ordered French toast & brisket hash w an egg also the salmon with avacodo on toast. All three entrees were not up to Coopers Hawk standards.We waited to see if our waitress would check to see if everything was okay She was nowhere to be found for at least 20 min as we sat and ate nothing She finally appeared sent the manager to who we expressed our disappointment She gave excuses but it ruined our birthday/anniversary experience.She did comp our meal but we left hungry and so disappointed. Skip the brunch!
