We were frustrated that as we were leaving and picking up our wine, that the manger was giving tastings to a group of people in the carry out line. When there were six people trying to get their wine and go. Really unresponsive and unfortunate. There is a tasting bar for a reason. And it was the manager! Our server was great, however, and it won’t keep us from returning.

Reserved for Sunday brunch to celebrate an anniversary. When attempting to order, I was informed there was to be NO SUBSTITUTIONS (which was NOT stated on the menu). I attempted to change the “rarity” of my egg )as I do not eat them with a runny) the waitress informed me of the above rule. I then asked to have them omitted which was also NOT allowed. Waitress was not friendly and was ruder once we asked for the check (as we just had drinks and cashed out). Do not recommend!

Everything was delicious. I ordered a pretzel-crusted pork chop with drunken shrimp. This is my usual and was spot on. I had a Caesar salad for my appetizer and shared some of the mushroom flatbread that my table mates ordered. Service was perfect and the wine was quite good. We will return.

First time visitors and our waiter John was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, polite, professional and very attentive. The food was tasty and very filling. Definitely worth the visit and we will be back! We even join their club and now have membership ❤️

Cooper's Hawk has always been a great place to go and one of my favorites. I'm not sure if it was the volume that made the difference this time, but the service was not great. I had my entrée before I had the bottle of wine ordered. We had to ask for water refills. I think it was a good ten minutes before our server even came to our table. The volume was also making it very hard to hear conversations...at our own table! Last but not least, when going to pick up my wine (wine club member), there was one lady working that counter, two people ahead of me...and fifteen minutes to get to the counter. I think that someone else could have, or should have, been assisting. And NEVER should I see someone standing behind the counter brushing his hair!!!

The brussel sprouts appetizer was fantastic! The gluten free chicken piccata is always a favorite of mine. Our server was so friendly and attentive. We had a very nice dining experience.

Food was very bad, had to send steak back three times and I’ve never had a steak so bad at any restaurant in my life. Service was great, attentive, trying to resolve the issues, but the food quality was very poor

The new Bubbles and Brunch at Coopers Hawk is a huge thumbs up for us. We each tried a fun cocktail and tried at least four of the brunch dishes, which were all fantastic. But the donut openers were incredible!!! Good thing we ordered 2 servings because you couldn't just stop at one...lol. We will be back!
