   Typically I have a great experience there. The food is always great and the service as well. This was not my experience last night. First the waiter who started off nice asked us were we wine club members. I am so I gave him my number so he could pull it. He asked if we wanted a bottle as he was talking to me and my boyfriend. I told him I had already did a pick up order of my bottles so he could pull from my order that should have already been ready. He comes back w a bottle and 4 glasses. The couple that was with us do not drink wine he never asked them if they wanted glass of wine or any other drink just assumed they wanted wine. After pour mine and my boyfriend's glasses we noticed he spilled wine on the table. When he came back he asked for their drink order left to get them came back still didn't clean off the table. We wanted appetizers but he kept walking off quickly. Finally we got the appetizer it took him a while to come back for our entree orders. He brings bread after we already had appetizers. We asked him to split the check he didn't. On my way out I went to pick up my order that I submitted for pick up at 7:00pm it's 9:00pm. The gentleman at the station helped the people in front of us while we waited in line behind him. After he was finished I thought he was going to help us next he literally walked off to the wine tasting bar while we stood there waiting didn't say I will be right back nothing. He comes back I tell him I had to pick up an order he asked for my phone number pulls it up tells me I have two accounts which I don't. Then asks my number two more times. I have done carry out orders of my wine bottles as a member several times and this is the first time that it went so poorly I'm usually in and out but he couldn't pull the order. I told him I could show him the order number. He then tells me I have no wine bottles in my membership and I informed him that that was what I was picking up I had already ordered the six bottles that I had on my

   I always leave time for a wine tasting prior to dinner! Love the Trio Medallions, servers are always great

   Very nice servers , but food need to be improved, new menu , the appetizer and dessert are so good but the variety in main course need to change

    Manager, James, really dropped the ball on staffing and managing the restaurant in a short handed situation. Treated this Monday like a regular Monday rather than a holiday week. Lots of customers and very little staff many of whom were trainees who were trying their best in a bad situation. Not sure what the staffing situation was in the kitchen but 30 minutes after our server placed our order we still had no food. My husband’s usual salad was fine - my usual Asian salmon with Cole slaw not so much. A new manager (female - sorry I forgot her name) was fantastic and took care of us. Note: we come here regularly and order the items we ordered today regularly.
