Please note:
We are an over 18's only venue and operate a challenge 25 policy. Therefore if you look under 25 just bring some photo ID (Diving License / Passport) and you can enter after a quick age verification.

Our dress code is smart and elegant. To avoid disappointment, please refrain from wearing ripped jeans, sportswear, beachwear, hoodies, shorts & hats.

Went to the colony club for my 21st birthday, from the second we walked through the door the service was amazing! Sadly one of my friends couldn’t make it so they offered us another round of drinks instead of a refund for the deposit I paid. The teppanyaki chef was outstanding. We really liked the fact that the food was hot and fresh straight from the griddle. Not a single complaint, I will definitely be returning!

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Colony Club, which I booked through your service. Despite having a reservation for myself and my partner, we were kept waiting outside in the cold for 30 minutes before being turned away. They claimed they only cater to local customers, which felt discriminatory based on our age and ethnicity. We had planned to dine, enjoy shisha, and gamble with significant funds, yet we were treated unprofessionally and unfairly. This experience was deeply upsetting, and I believe it’s important for you to be aware of how your partner venue treated us. I’d appreciate it if you could address this with them and let me know how such incidents are being handled.

Dear Hafsa I am very sorry that your Colony restaurant experience was not up to our usual very high standards. I met you at the Colony that evening and explained that we didn't have your booking on the system and as it was New Years Eve we had a fully booked restaurant and then the restaurant was closing earlier than usual. I've since found out that your booking was made for Midnight the night before so that's why we didn't contact you regarding the New Years eve special event. I would be more than happy to discuss with you further and I gave you my business card to contact on the night. Kind regards
