              Had a very nice lunch with three other people today. Everyone enjoyed the meal and attentive service provided by PJ. Only negative was that the background music was on the loud side but that could also be my age showing.

              I had the filet which was the special, it was cooked perfectly medium rare and was so delicious. The ribs with a side of peanut coleslaw was another great choice!

              We wanted to introduce this place to friends because of previous experience….and they were quite impressed. Another great evening from this restaurant! Exceptional customer service beginning at the host stand, to our server, food runners, bussers , and managers. Plates were cleared quickly, refills were prompt, exchange of dirty silverware was done in between apps, entrees, then dessert. Appreciate how everyone from the restaurant worked together. Such great attention to detail. Food and beverage was delicious! Enjoyed pre dinner drinks, the apps, and entrees - must get the coconut cream pie. Will be back and continue to share our experience at the Collins Brothers with friends and family.

              We enjoyed a great dining experience. Every staff member from the hostesses to servers were friendly and helpful. Service was excellent, and I was impressed by the way servers stepped in wherever they saw a need. My black bean and rice burger was very good. The cheese on the sandwich was a perfect accompaniment. My husband ordered the Cuban and was pleased with his selection. I love the fries at Collins Brothers. We will be returning often.
