Cocktail Kitchen was created from 2 of our favorite things in Barbados: Food & you guessed it - RUM !

At Cocktail Kitchen, as they say.. there ain’t no food more full of flava’ & no rum sweeta’! Put the two together and you get the ultimate casual dining experience, with our own unique, modern CK twists here & there of course.

**Rooftop dining is available on a first come, first serve basis. Though we will try our best to accommodate your request, please note it can only be confirmed on arrival at the restaurant

My wife and I both had the panko crusted chicken. It was an excellent choice. We split the cheesecake dessert as well as the spice banana cake. Both were great, but I think we favoured the banana cake. Friendly service, clean, and the guys behind the bar really know how to mix the drinks. The restaurant was full, but we were still able to have a conversation at a regular level.

I love the fact that the menu has so many dishes that aren’t available in other nearby restaurants. Last night I had breadfruit with salt fish and lobster also smoked lamb on a risotto with pumpkin and cheese- amazing flavours! The staff are great too - Omar last week, Ron last night.

We had a great meal at cocktail kitchen. Appetizers, mains, deserts and cocktails all excellent and great service from Amanda! Rooftop table with nice view of the water. Highly recommend this restaurant!

What a great restaurant! A healthy mix of locals and tourists, wonderful food, and exceptional cocktails. A joy to watch the bar men mixing, they barely stopped all night!

Wonderful food! Great menu selections, coconut and ginger crusted fresh catch a wonderful meal. Creative cocktails had the espresso rum tini was delicious. Server was extremely well trained too

It was our last night on the island so we wanted to do something special,our friend lives on the island recommended Cocktail Kitchen, particularly to go at sunset and have the roof terrace! We weren't disappointed,the weather was perfect, sunset was pretty spectacular.Our food was fresh, tasty and innovative , my partner had never had barracuda before and had the catch of the day, I was really happy to have a full vegan menu, great choice, I had never tried breadfruit before,it was fabulous! Our server was great fun, so knowledgeable, and made our evening special.

Fantastic food! Had the fish of the day, excellent sauces and sides too. Loved the cocktails, Mango Chow and Butter rum-fashioned, yummy!! Will go again before we leave beautiful Barbados.
