    First visit and very happy we made the trip. Most importantly, the food was excellent - well flavored and beautifully presented. It is also apparent that the restaurant is well run - the staff was professional and very well organized, and service was friendly and efficient. Even small details were drilled into their team (e.g., waiter was well versed on the menu, we saw menus being wiped down after each use, dishes were cleared quickly but wait staff was not overbearing, team effort for our table and everyone was well coordinated, etc.). It's not a white cloth restaurant (we didn't care) but Coalition's food and organization were as good as we've ever had in Atlanta. We'll definitely return.

    Excellent meal, service, everything was perfect. Given it was a Saturday night it was a little noisy but still we were able to speak without much effort. The scallops and risotto and the grouper were simply divine. One of the best restaurants we’ve been to so far. Curtis our waiter was perfect.

    It was everything! I took my honey and son there on a date for Valentine’s. We drove 53 minutes to get there. We wanted to try a few things so we ordered: chargrilled oysters, the crab dip, and the chicken bites. I also ordered the beet salad. As our entrees, we had the blackened grouper, broiled seafood platter, and my son had the burger. I know, it was a lot of food but everything was delicious. Even the drinks!

    Good evening event. One-man band was entertaining. Rockefeller Oysters were overcooked and burnt. Salmon was cooked to perfection.

    This restaurant does not honor reservations made over a month in advance! They are rude and have no empathy for older people! Fortunately, management was able to accommodate us after a lot of stress and anxiety. That said, the server and the food were as outstanding as I have come to expect from Coalition. This restaurant contacted me twice prior to the reservation to confirm, so there were no excuses for their horrible behavior.

    We had a wonderful Valentines dinner here. Was impressed! Food and drinks came out super quick, waiter was very attentive. Presentation was lovely.

    This spots description was that it was like New Orleans flavor. We ordered the charbroiled oysters and there was hardly any butter, seasoning or parmigian cheese on them. Maybe 6 of the 12. They gave us 20% off. Then when the food came. My sea food was not cooled-like sushi. Tried to put salt on the broccolini but it came pouring out like there was no cap on the shaker. They took it back but my husband was almost finished with his food. They did give a generous pour of wine. They did have a one man band. Very pricey for food that needed to go back. Very disappointing.
