   Made a reservation for a birthday (3/6/25), got a confirmation email and text (multiple times) then got there and it was closed for maintenance. There was no notification of the restaurant being closed. Very disappointing, was excited about it.

   Our waitress was also the bartender and she was amazing but the kitchen was all out of sorts. We got entrees before appetizers but the last of our entrees came out 20 mins after the first one. Timing was way off. It also smelled so strong of bleach

   We had a reservation which we were a little early for. We had no problem waiting as the hostess told us our table/booth would be cleared and cleaned. The other hostess then waived us to come sit at another table. Once seated, utensils were set but the table had not been wiped clean. Food left behind and sticky rings from drinks were visible. It took a couple minutes to find someone to clean it. Our server was pleasant and friendly. As we gave our order 3 things we were hoping to have, 2 appetizers and 1 entree, they were out of. Not well prepared for a Saturday night at 7pm. Food came out promptly. As my son got 1/2 way through his ramen bowl, he found a piece of plastic. Luckily didn’t swallow it. Took another several minutes to find someone to address it. Our server apologized and said the chef said it must’ve broken off a plastic bottle they squeezed from sauce going into the soup. We didn’t eat anything further and asked for the bill. They took the soup off the bill. All in all, less than mediocre experience with plastic to top it off.

   Went here for Valentines Dinner. The restaurant itself is very nice and spacious with beautiful decor. We were seated at one of the high tops in the dining area. (Friendly PSA to bigger individuals, the chairs are not big people friendly and the tables do not move) our server was very prompt and friendly, and got our drinks and appetizer order very fast. Everything was great but the food service lacked. We waited around 20 minutes for 2 appetizers (1 of which never came so we chose to cancel it after our entrees showed up). Would definitely recommend the Pho and Pork Belly buns. Despite the slower food service (im sure Valentine’s Day didn’t help) we will definitely be coming back as the food itself is very tasty!

   I believe this restaurant opened recently so perhaps that explains how bad it was. We had 2 vegetarians in our party, and although the waiter gave them the vegetarian/vegan menu, he failed to mention until 20 mins later when we were ordering that they were out of tofu and the avocados were too hard to serve. Those 2 items pretty much took everything off the veg menu. We ordered spring rolls, and they came with no dipping sauce. We were told the kitchen was making the sauce. But it didn't arrive at our table until someone who appeared to be a manager stopped by to ask us what we needed. As a final note, the waiter gave us the wrong bill so a manager had to back that transaction out of the system and we had to start over. The whole experience was a disaster.

   First time eating here and I will admit, recent reviews had me a little worried but glad I decided to give it a chance. Was sooo good! Great selection of food and drinks. Entree portions are huge and can easily share! Sushi, the Blossom, was delicious! Our server was on point! I do suggest reservations on a weekend night. They were busy but with the reservation, no delays going to our seat. Will definitely be back!🍜🍣🥟

   I do not recommend this restaurant. Terrible service on arrival and first seating. The food was cold, and not delivered in proper order. Highly overpriced, for weak sushi. The fish on the sushi was tough. We will not return.

   Service was terrible despite us being the only seated table for the first 10-15 minutes. Ordered summer roll appetizers. First bite was full of some sort of hard substance (shrimp shell vs plastic of some sort). Appetizers came at the same time as entrees despite our ordering them specifically as apps. Sushi did not come with any soy sauce and no server checked on us for quite some time. Overall food wasn’t even mediocre. It was bad. My husbands shrimp pad Thai had like 4 shrimp and 2 lbs of noodles. Flavor was lacking. We are not ones to write bad reviews but this was a truly terrible experience. Do not go here. There are many better mediocre Asian restaurants.

   The food took a LONG time to arrive- the waiter apologized that they were out of several items on the menu because the refrigerator was broken. I ordered sushi- not confidence inspiring. It was good, but the question of raw fish + broken fridge lingers…

    Everything was great except the cleanliness of the restaurant; gross/stained menus, sticky floors and tables. Service food and the rest of the place was really good.
