   The team made a huge effort to help our large group of people at the last minute as we booked the night before. As it was my birthday, they set us up in one of the barrel rooms which made it feel like a private event. They catered for everyone and staff were very helpful. Great experience.

   Brilliant setting for some wine tasting, yummy food and drinks. However, staff were not very experienced or helpful. They were out of Rosé Wine on the menu and used random substitutes without informing us. Only found out when we went to order a bottle. With pre-booked taxi cancelled last minute and left us stranded on the side of the road. Went in to the vineyard to see if the staff would help us as we were not familiar with the area/local taxis. Staff were the least helpful, and quite rude. I would not recommend going here unless you have a designated driver to drop and collect you from your accommodation.

   Service and food were terrible. You could not go wrong ordering Nachos. For the price we paid for them I still in shock how bad they were. Staff did not have a clue what they were doing. Manager was rude. Would not recommend anyone to go. Everything is very over priced.

   Not much variety in the menu. The staff were very lovely but unable to carry more than one meal out at a time which made receiving meals very slow.

   We have visited the Barrel@Clouds before and were captivated by the ambience created by the mist over the mountains and the coziness of the barrel in the rain. This time it was hot so we were seated inside in the A/C. The menu is a bit more pub than winery and the venue is very family friendly. The pizza was tasty and it was a bit on the xy side. However, as we were staying in Maleny for the weekend we thought a take-away platter might be good for snacks in the hotel room. What a great idea. Heaps of tasty local cheeses, a good mix of prosciutto, salami and dried apricots, nuts, and olives made it a delight to sit on the balcony and chill out. There was also a selection of crackers, lavosh and sourdough and a light quince paste. For $45 this was very good value and lasted the weekend.

   You guys are too busy We waited 55 minutes for a drink We waited over an hour for food We couldn’t sit down as the tables move and patrons were jammed in Food was good yet the platter was poor so much bread and nothing to spread on it - only one t hi ng and one bit of cheese Noisy as Staff frantic No order and wayyyyy too many guests I’d enjoyed it kinda but wouldn’t return

    Worst food ever - chicken schnitzel was a frozen piece of compressed something. Horrible texture and tasted like cooking oil was old. Only one counter for food and drinks and when theres a couple of hens parties happening queues are long as people order one by one. Sitting at inside table cause it was cold outside, the screaming noise from hen’s party in a private room was horrible. Would not recommend everything about the place was disappointing.
