   First visit to Clarks. It is a happening place on Sunday evenings and I wanted to check it out. It is fabulous. Will be back to try different fair and sit on the patio.

   The burger is so juicy and perfect crush to the bun, so yum! The scallops were dinvine with the chimichurri as well, with service impeccable, as always!

   Date night success! One of our favorite seafood spots—Clark’s—never disappoints. We kicked things off with their amazing crudo and fresh oysters, followed by a perfectly prepared redfish. Ended the evening on a sweet note with a rich mousse cake. So delicious! Special thanks to our wonderful waiter, Bryan—balancing grad school and work with such grace.    Clark’s Oyster Bar nails the vibe for anyone craving seafood in a hip, stylish setting. Grab a table outside when Houston weather permits. The oysters are the undeniable stars—fresh, briny and beautiful. The crudo and red snapper ceviche are also standouts. The martinis are dangerously good, especially with the goat cheese–stuffed olives (seriously, don’t skip them). Service is friendly and knowledgeable, though it can feel a bit uneven at times—nothing that detracts too much, but worth noting. Love Clark’s!
