   Our server was wonderful and everything was very good but the French toast ordered and came out warm but not hot enough to melt the butter.

   Again, this place is continuing to impress! The new manager, Jessica, is out of this world with her operational leadership and customer service - I really enjoyed chatting with her, and I saw her connection in the staff and the customers. Nick, our server, was nothing short of amazing with his recommendations and humility. He was funny, attentive and made our night enjoyable. Jordan was fantastic also, and made a great recommendation for a final cocktail. Keep up the great work, City Cellar! One of our favorite restaurants! Amazing steaks, fantastic attention to detail - and very skilled chefs that are great with “the little things”. The service is impeccable, the drinks are well-paired, and the atmosphere is wonderful.    Had a reservation @ 945, maybe because of the late night reservation but no NY strip steaks left or any ribeye which was a downer. Maybe because it was Valentine’s Day. Angel hair pasta was way too acidic. Service was amazing, our server went out of her way to alleviate the visit. The drinks were spot on and worth it.

   We had 9:00 reservation which was honored punctually. We sat for 10 minutes before being greeted. The server finally showed up and was super honest and very hospitable. She was a very sweet young lady. I’m not exaggerating when I say it took 1 hour and 30 min to recieve our food! My pork chop was so overcooked I felt like I was chewing cardboard. The filet mignon was ordered medium for my wife which should be a warm pink center and it was grey throughout the whole steak. I didn’t want to complain because it was Valentine’s Day and my wife was already upset because we waited so long! Our mood took a total downfall and we honestly just wanted to leave. The manager was pleasant and the server was super friendly but the execution of our dinner was horrific. It’s sad because I took my wife to one of my favorite restaurants since it opened up in City Place. Unfortunately I won’t be back. Also Bartenders outside prior to dinner reservations took around 15 minutes to acknowledge us… they were busy dancing and flirting with each other. I think they thought it was a club. They finally get our drink order and he only makes one because he forgot what she ordered. So he serves me my drink and has to go back to make my wife’s. So I’m sitting there with my drink while she’s empty handed. It was unreal from the get go. I was expecting elegance and smart casual service especially on such a special night. Won’t be going back! I’m a hospitality professional myself and this night was a total let down from the get go! Captain needs to tighten up that ship!

    Water was dripping from the ceiling on my husband during dinner! We had to move our table to avoid getting wet! Service was very slow.
