   Cannot recommend Cintro on Wellington enough!! If you appreciate incredible, world-class, chef prepared food, this place is for you! It is highly worth the wait for the reservation now that it has become so popular! Please keep in mind that this is an intimate restaurant with approximately 30 seats. With so few tables, each reservation matters. A no-show isn’t just an empty seat; it directly impacts the restaurant and its hardworking team. If you book, show up—or at least give them notice. This level of excellence deserves that courtesy.

   Server was so helpful with suggestions. Never over sold us food for the table. Food was unique and delicious. Will definately go back and try completely different items

   The small plates were absolutely delicious! Our favourite by far was the belly and Brussels - the sauce was amazing and the crunch fron the Brussels nicely complemented the tenderness of the pork belly. The tuna tartar was also incredibly tasty - every bite was flavour packed and the tuna was so tender it melted in our mouths. Our entrees were also delicious! The presentation of the kalbi short ribs was awesome and their version of the chimichurri sauce was the best I’ve ever had. We originally were going to pair the pork belly entree with rice tots but our server thoughtfully told us our tuna tartar already came with tots and suggested the calamari. The calamari was nice and tender and had great flavours. I think I still may have preferred a different small plate or stuck with the rice tots as the calamari didn’t shine through the same way the other small plates did. We were hoping to get the brûlée banana dessert but when it came time to order we were told that it was already sold out. Our reservations were at 5PM (I believe when they open), so I’m not sure how that happened but we were pretty disappointed. I’m not sure if we were supposed to order dessert at the same time as we ordered the rest of our food, but hopefully they can remind other diners to do so if that’s the case, as I believe the brûlée was still available when I was looking at the dessert menu before we had ordered our meal (it wasn’t crossed out yet). We ended up getting the other two desserts which were also delicious but definitely left us wanting more since we weren’t able to get what we intended.

   We had such a lovely evening - great food, lovely rooms, delightful service - and not too expensive! We immediately booked another date at Cintro the moment we got home. LOVED IT!

    Each dish is so playful, and not just aesthetically! You take a bite and are already blown away, then you pair it with another component on the plate (veggie, sauce...etc) and it changes the taste, making it even more divine... Everything is incredibly balanced and thought out - true mastery really. You'll have to plan plenty of time for this one-of-a-kind culinary experience and some items on the menu might no longer be available but it's because they make no compromise. What they'll serve you will be the very best, nothing less. Note also that menu is changing every 3 months or so. And do NOT leave without dessert, it would be blasphemy. Right when we thought nothing could top what we had just eaten, the dessert simply left us speechless as we delected ourselves eating it. Next time I'll also pay more attention to the sides (ordering more than 1 per main) as they are copious delicaties in their own right. Loved the fact that most mains have a recommended side on the menu. This chef is so good at pairing flavours I would follow any drink pairing suggestion too, just to get the full magic of what he has meticulously designed. The fact that we can enjoy this Chef's incredible creativity and talent right here in London ON is just surreal...
