   The service was outstanding. Absolutely 5 stars, but the food was extremely disappointing. The highlight of the meal was my cocktail which was great. The Caesar salad was ok. Average at best. The crab spaghetti had little flavor and even less crab. The veal parmesan had little sauce on it and next to no parmesan cheese. The meat itself was tender and crispy, but overall the dish had little flavor. The twice baked potato was large but had a flavor that was off putting to my wife and I. The bill was $190 before tip. I frequently pay a premium for great food, particularly here in Hawaii, but this wasn’t it.

   Very nice, diverse menu; each dish beautifully presented and delicious. Good, gracious service and ample nearby parking. Hard floors, minimal soft furnishings, so noise level was quite high.

   Excellent hosts Excellent meals Lovely environment/atmosphere Music great, volume a touch loud, but allows for private conversations. Great place for a date/enjoy friends/celebrate life!

   We choose our first time at Cino for my husband’s birthday celebration based on the shining write ups. He’s an Italian F & B guy, so when he said his Rigatoni Bolognese was “orgasmic”, this is high praise. I ordered the Crab Spaghetti (out of Branzino after the server sold it to me) and it was delicious. We will def come back for the Branzino. Constructive criticism: The team approach to service is an understood trend; however it would be great if staff would introduce themselves. In the beginning it was a bit confusing. We did enjoy the enthusiasm and cozy atmosphere. Several nearby parking options were convenient with a short walk.

   Cino is a top three favorite restaurant on all of Oahu and the best in Kakaako. Never disappoints.

   Overall it was great as usual. My party enjoyed their food. Unfortunately, they forgot the complimentary birthday dessert this time. It would be nice to have that little celebratory gesture for my guest.

   Food and Service were impeccable! Hailey was our server and she was on the spot and was certainly the main reason why the experience at Cino is special outside the food. Pasta dishes are terrific, oysters and fresh fish are a great way to start. Not our first time to Cino for dinner, certainly will not be the last!

    Do not go for dinner. Brunch was good so we decided to try for dinner. However, they don’t seat their reservations on time, people were shown to their tables that weren’t cleaned from the previous party, and there is no waiting space. Service was slow, and the bare minimum. The food was bland, decided to try the linguine alle vongole and the sauce wasn’t together, and the main flavor was pasta water. The only redeeming thing was the oysters. I regret taking my boyfriend here for his birthday dinner. Go for brunch instead, the waffles, crab spaghetti, and espresso martinis are good.
