   We had reservations for 7:45 to a relatively empty restaurant. We had to order my Red Bull and vodka 3x and never received it. And we waiting over an hour for food. Was highly disappointed.

   We waited an hour before asking where our food was. We also had to walk to the bar to refill our drinks. We finally asked our waiter about our food and it took him 10 minutes to come back and tell us that our ticket had gotten lost. He said he would put the ticket at the front and we asked for a manager. We finally had to ask another server for the manager, because he never got her. The manager finally came over and had no idea what was going on. She said she would go check. She came back and offered to call another restaurant in the hotel, because the chef told her he would not put our ticket ahead of the others.

   The chicken fajitas were raw, thankfully they cooked down on the skillet but the chicken did not taste like real chicken. The kids macaroni is $12 for literal kraft from a box. The cheese enchiladas were cold, the rice was cold. The best thing was the queso. Spent $100 and the food was terrible. Will not be back.

   Restaurant short staffed. No manager came by to check on us. Food was quick and good but the service could not keep up. Had to ask for silverware multiple times, plates multiple times, tortillas multiple times, and finally boxes and a bag….this was NOT the servers fault at all! The server was serving half the restaurant. It was absolutely management / owners.

   Hostess was rude but our waitress was very sweet. The place was basically empty which was surprising because the hotel was fully booked. Once we got our food we discovered why no one ate there. Across the board awful. Food was cold and flavorless.

   No authenticity. The ambiance was so strange. The fajita was terrible. My kids said they thought they were chewing gum. I never spit out steak until tonight, since I couldn't chew it all the way. We only loved the roasted jalapeno, but we ordered fajitas for two, so we thought we would get two jalapenos and we thought we would get more meat with the meal. The fajita for two was more lita fajita for one. Try another place.

   The food was very good and we enjoyed it. We were seated at the very back of the restaurant and did not get much attention from the staff.

    Server was super nice, food was subpar. Mexican food was very Americanized, lacking flavor/seasoning. Kids enjoyed their kid’s meals. Portions were big.
