Subject: Feedback on Recent Visit
Dear Cigar City Management,
I hope this message finds you well. As a loyal customer who has enjoyed visiting your establishment over 20 times, I feel compelled to share my recent experience, which unfortunately fell short of my expectations.
During my last visit, I noticed a decline in customer satisfaction that I believe warrants your attention. Firstly, the parking fee of $20 per vehicle after 10:30 PM seemed excessive, especially considering the nature of our visit. Upon entering, we were not greeted, despite having made reservations online. The club was not crowded, yet we were seated in the back, making it difficult to enjoy the entertainment.
Additionally, the food served was not up to the standard I have come to expect; it should have been prepared better and served at least warm. The drinks from the bar were also disappointing, and I observed the bartender frequently leaving the bar to attend to tables, which affected service efficiency.
When it came time to settle the bill, I noticed that the online reservation fees were not deducted, and it took some clarification on my part to have the issue addressed. Unfortunately, the overall demeanor of the staff felt unprofessional and contributed to a less than enjoyable experience.
I genuinely appreciate the atmosphere and offerings of Cigar City and have always looked forward to returning. I kindly ask that you consider improvements in staff training and service quality to enhance the experience for loyal patrons like myself. It would mean a lot to me to be able to enjoy future visits without these concerns.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see positive changes on my next visit from Stockbridge, Georgia.
Best regards,
Ronald Kelly
