   The food was wonderfully authentic and very good. We enjoyed the Grouper Puttanesca and the homemade short rib stuffed ravioli in a white sauce special. Extensive Italian wine list. Felt like a night out in Sicily.

   Can’t imagine coming to Orlando and not stopping for dinner at Ciao Italia! Cozy, quiet, old world atmosphere. Great service. The menu has something for everyone, but their meatballs and sauce are out of this world! Traveling from Pennsylvania is worth every mile. Our favorite waiter Favio has retired hopefully enjoying retirement! Ciao is certainly a destination!

   You don’t feel the real tasty italian food there…. The service was good but the cuisine is not as expected. The meals were too salty especially the risotto, couldn’t eat it because of the quantity of salt on it!

   To me this restaurant was reminiscent of a neighborhood restaurant in QUEENS NY where I grew up. Authentic generous food with excellent communicative service. Quiet with soft American Italian genre crooner music. It it a step back into the era of Goodfellows. It is a true gem in a strip mall in the midst of overly evocative chain restaurants. Highest revonmendation without hesitation.

   The service was awful, non friendly services and abrupt service as well . The food was surpassed salty , we had to return the lobster bisque. My plate was salty as well but I just took the leftovers and fixed it the next day. Refills for water was absent needless to say. Not returning that’s for sure!

   Food was ok. Tried the dinner special and salad special. Salad was good but not for $16.00. Servers were not very friendly.
