   The Staff was great, our waitress asked how everything tasted and although we weren't going to complain. We shared that our steaks were overcooked on the outside and not as "medium rare" as we'd expected. The manager was very kind and insisted on ending our night with some kind of compensation. Thank you! The only thing I'd really have to complain about are those that are allowed to dine in a more fancy atmosphere is ball caps, sweaters... even saw one person in Pajaama pants! Unacceptable when there are people dressing up and spending that kind of money to be surrounded by people who look more suited for a sports lounge. Stricter policy for dress code of all should be enforced. Otherwise everything was wonderful, we will be back!!!

   We went there for our anniversary dinner with our toddler. The first 10 minutes were a bit challenging due to our toddler's tantrum, but after that, everything went smoothly. The staff at the restaurant were amazing. We asked them if they could rush our order so we could eat and head home, and they were incredibly accommodating. I don’t know our server's name, but she was fantastic.

   We were seated at a table, across from the entryway, and we nearly froze, very uncomfratable eating our dinner. Our meals were chilled before eating. The prime rib , was cold by the time we got to eating it. We had company from out of town,kind of embarrassing. The food was great and I am sure it would have been more palatable, if we cold have eaten hot. Thank you The Gibbs

   Enjoyed the $62 Valentines Day 3 course special. Food was excellent! We had the tomato soup and ceaser salad to start. We had the steak and prime rib (prime rib was better as the steak was a bit chewy even for rare). Both desserts were excellent! Plates took a lil while to be cleared from our table and there was a cold draft from the door…but other than that the service and ambience was great! We will be back!

   After booking a reservation at Chop in Sherwood Park for Valentine’s Day, we arrived at the restaurant only to be greeted by one of the unfriendly hostesses I’ve ever encountered. We were then brought to our table in the lounge and it was sandwiched in between two other tables even though I stated in the reservation booking that we wanted a booth. Not wanting to sit two inches from the couple next to us, we ended up leaving. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

   We went here for Valentine’s Day and had wonderful service and food. We come here quite a bit for that the only complaint that we had last night it was just freezing. They said they tried to turn up the heat, but I don’t know if they did or not. Other than that, we highly recommend going there on a date night or with friends. It’s a perfect place.

   Service was fast and efficient, all courses came in a timely manner. The roasted chicken was so moist and the season was delicious.

   We enjoyed our evening, it had been a while since we visited. We were celebrating a special event, it was also Valentine’s Day, so quite busy. We were given a table that was in the path of the doorway and so the cold air kept coming in, but they were quite happy to move us to somewhere warmer. The entire evening was good, however, it was a little disappointing that they had run out of both the wine and the muscles that we had ordered. Service was fantastic, Maya wonderful.

   We went on Valentines Day so it was quite busy. They were still able to seat us on time. Food was really good and service was great! Would recommend.

    Our server was absolutely outstanding, and so was everyone who contributed to our experience. Thank you for being so attentive, considerate and accommodating to my wife’s food allergies. I’ve been to your restaurant many times for business and pleasure and have always had great experiences.
