   I have to be honest here. We had an 8:30 reservation which was late but whatever. Valentine's Day. The only one we can get at that point. 3 weeks in advance mind you. So the waitress was absolutely the most inattentive uncaring waitress I've ever had I think that I can remember. She would check on the table next to us and the other table next to us 10 times and not check on us even once. We had to ask her to refill our ice water. She finally asked my wife if she wanted another glass of wine after I complained. Mind you I had to complain to be sat in the first place because I was sat about 25 minutes after the reservation and then miraculously they had a table waiting. So I complained about that. Then I ended up complaining because our food took over an hour to get there. Going on an hour and a half probably. The manager tried to apologize and I appreciate that and he did apologize profusely and he tried to make it up and offered us dessert but at that point it was like 10:10 and we're starving still waiting for our food and we didn't really want dessert. He ended up taking $30 off the meal which thank you for that. That was a good resolution. Because we didn't want to wait there and get dessert because we just wanted to eat and get out of there at that point. We've been here several times and we've never had any type of issue. I would give the waitress zero stars but I still tipped her to be decent even though she really didn't deserve it. The steak and shrimp was $85 and the steak was way overcooked which the whole thing never made any sense. The explanation we got was that there was a ticket stuck to the other ticket which the table next to us got their food probably 50 minutes before we got ours. They were already done by the time we got our food and I had to complain to even get our food. Shrimp had no taste and the steak was supposed to be medium and it was well done medium well at best. We won't go back.

   We expected Valentines Day to be crowded but it was VERY crowded and loud; tables close together. Food was adequate/good but not a value for the money. Service was absolutely terrible. A dinner that usually takes an hour and a half, tops, took us 2 3/4 hours it was so slow. Had to flag down a waiter twice a they never came back to the table.

   I came out to celebrate my birthday and also put that on the reservation. The apps and drinks were very good. The main entrees were ok. Nothing special was done for the celebration cake w/ candle, singing happy birthday, that was disappointing. What was the point of calling and asking the name of the person being celebrated if there was nothing being done.

   We were there on a Friday night. It was very crowded and loud. Food was very good but service was extremely slow.

    First off, I didn't like where we were seated, small talble 2 ft from the bar. It was very loud and could hardly hold a conversation with my husband. The fig martini was good but not very strong. We got the shrimp wontons, which tasted like something from Applebee's. Stuffed shrimp was dry. Then my husband steak was undercooked. By the time we got it back for him to eat, I was finished and was ready to go. Bill was $180 for one round of drinks and food. Will not be going back.
