    大して食べてないのに高い。味も普通。店員の対応悪い。評価の星はゼロなんだけど、一つ以上付けないといけないから仕方なく全て一つにした。

    妹の誕生日に利用しましたががっかりでした。やかましい雰囲気で、お料理も特に美味しくなく、かなり残してしまいました。割高感だけが残りました。

    美味しくないです、ホテルで提供する料理とは思いません！二度と行く事はありません！マンダリンホテル土日に似たようなお料理があります、参考になって欲しいです！

    食べたい夏季メニューがあったので初めて伺いました。大変美味しかったです。対応して下さった方のサービス応対もよく、値段に見合ったものだとは感じました。 ただ、お店の方の出入りが多くて 慌ただしく、落ち着いてランチを食べるという雰囲気ではありませんでした。

    雰囲気は素敵です。 サービスも感じが良かったです。 ただ、伝言ゲームのように、頼んだ数がほぼ毎回違って出て来たり、領収書を頼んでも伝わってなくてお釣りだけ来たり。 これは、応対してくれたスタッフの問題ではなく、指示系統が上手く機能していない感じがしました。 そして料理ですが。 飲茶は全般的に蒸しすぎで、固い感じがしました。 小籠包は肉汁が出て来ませんでした。 不味くはないけど美味しくない、という感じです。 炒めもの系＋デザートは美味しかったです。 ビュッフェを頼んだので仕方がないのかもしれませんが、体感として、わんこそばみたいでした。 慌ただしかったです。 全体的に、ちょっと期待はずれでした。

    First, It was another year of my life that we celebrated my birthday at China room. Thank you for the birthday message on plated dessert. About our dining experience, everything was great, except for one. We ordered the Monthly Menu Course, included on the course is the pork spare ribs. I suggest, it is more easy to eat if the chef cut it into a bite size because it was deep fried which was hard to use the knife and fork so we ended up eating the pork spareribs with our fingers without the finger bowl. Well, just saying... :)

    飲茶を食べたくなり、色々調べたところ、こちらのお店を発見。基本的なメニューに、選べる飲茶と選べるデザートが食べ放題。私達は量より、味重視なので、出来立ての飲茶が出てくるのは嬉しかった。品数は満足で、選べる楽しさがあり。味は、もしかすると、もっとレベルの高いお店があるかもしれないが、店員さんの感じの良い接客を考えると、全体的に満足度の高い食事だった。また、メニューが変わった頃、訪ねたい。

    忙しいためかサービスに余裕が無い。わたしは14時に予約して入店、ブッフェを3名分オーダーしたが、14時半になったらラストオーダーを告げられた。そのため、かなり慌しくなってしまい、食事を楽しめなかった。予約時か、せめてオーダーした時に教えてほしかった。デザートの際、スプーンを何も敷かずに直接机の上に置くのはやめてもらいたい。とても不衛生に感じて気分が悪くなった。

    結婚式記念日で利用しました。急な人数追加にも対応してくださって素晴らしかったです。ただ、結婚式記念日と伝えてあるにも関わらず、わざわざ伝えないとシャンパンをいただけないのは少し残念。念のため郵送頂いた案内状を持って行き、それをお見せしてやっとシャンパンをいただきました。 そこはちょっと何だか気持ち的にモヤモヤしました。
