    China Chilcano’s menu is a lovely fusion of cuisines. The food is delectable (try the shishito peppers and also any menu item involving Pulpo - for certain!) Service is attentive without being over bearing. Atmosphere is lively and vibrant. Highly recommend.

    We had a delightful experience. The food was delicious, high quality and truly unique! Our server, Michael, walked us through the menu, answered questions and made recommendations, since it was our first time at the restaurant. We loved every course we tried. It was the best food we ate while visiting D.C.

    Every bite was phenomenal from start to finish. The flavor combinations were unexpected and so well executed. Our server's recommendations were our favorite dishes.

    Food was truly amazing on New Year's Day, 2025. Our server Tessa couldn't have been more knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful. Again, food was CRAZY GOOD!
