   We have never had a bad meal or service at Chimney Park and tonight was no exception. Alexa is THE best server, hands down. She makes an exceptional dirty martini (without me even having to remind her of my preferences), always makes sure our meals are expertly paced, and we never have to ask for anything. We have been coming here for many years and even though we have moved out of state and just return when we are in town, we are still treated like regulars. Our party of three enjoyed the scallops, the bison, and the pork this evening, and all were cooked to perfection. The greens and beet salads were fresh and flavorful, and we wrapped up with a delightful crème brûlée featuring grapefruit sections and pistachio brittle. The food, service, and atmosphere here are arguably the best in Colorado, and this is one of our favorite restaurants anywhere. Thanks, Alexa, Jason, and team!

   We enjoyed our dinner at Chimney Rock. The lobster bisque was delicious. My wife's ribeye was perfectly cooked. My bison stop was also cooked perfectly. The sauce for the strip, however, tasted burned. (I'm not a foodie but my wife is and she agreed with me.) The server was friendly and responsive. I highly recommend Chimney Rock. Be wary of the strip sauce, though.

   You won't be disappointed in the food or the service. Selections add a twist of interest in their pairings and presentation. Save this space for a special occasion if you find the prices steep.

   The food was very good and the service was great. I ordered the lamb and felt like that particular entrée was very overpriced at $75. For the amount of food received that should’ve been a $45 entrée.

   Chimney Park is one of very few consistent restaurants. They never miss. Food and service are always exemplary. Took a friend for the tasting menu with wine pairings. She loved it. Another great night at CP with fantastic service by Justin and Chris.

   Return visit after about a year long hiatus and left reminding ourselves to not wait so long…..it’s so good. Start to finish, exceptional. Expanded wine-by-glass list gives some really nice options. Thank you CP team. Nicely done.

   Went there for a birthday dinner with my family and the food was delicious. We had a nice seat right by the window. The service was excellent.

   Everything on the tasting menu was phenomenal. Each bite was simply amazing. The wine paring also complemented the food just perfectly. Will definitely be back to try another tasting menu again in the future. Highly recommend this hidden gem in downtown Windsor.
