Appetizer ~ queso ~ wouldn't order again. I had the bison flat iron steak ~ it was drowning in sauce so I couldn't even taste the steak itself. Wouldn't order again. I doubt that I would even go back.

Usually all 5 stars, but was just very good last night. Food was good not perfect, service was good not perfect. I expect every meal to be memorable at Chimayo, but last night was just ok. Trout fajitas were great, sea bass was just ok. Service was just ok.

Fantastic dining spot on Main Street. Elk London Broil was very good. The restaurant has a beautiful design and the service was perfect

Outstanding dining experience. Fabulous food and service. Chimayo continues to be the locals’ favorite and the best restaurant on Main Street.

Great experience at this wonderful restaurant on mid-Main street. The service was impeccable and the food amazing. The food portions are large, and you will want to eat every bite (but they do have to go boxes :)). They have good cocktails and a very nice wine list, with a lot of great Spanish wines. Two fire places add to the ambiance. Definitely a place to eat at during your stay in Park City.
