Chika & Sake is inspired by Chika Ohata, a sake sommelier from Iwate, Japan. At Chika & Sake we would like to share the joy of craft sake (Jizake 地酒) and home cooking style small Japanese plates (Koryori 小料理) with you. We offer a variety of different sake that takes your sake adventure to the next level; classic sake, new Japanese trends, and seasonal specials. Japanese sake is a reflection of its people, local weather, topography and food. Our team brings the experience of sake and koryori with a strong and fun personality to your table.
