The restaurant wasn’t at all what I was expecting however the only waiter was friendly. The lemon drop Martini was perfect. The food: the oysters weren’t right, the greens were salty & they were chargrilled but cold. The catfish was delicious but my jambalaya was so salty I couldn’t enjoy it. My husband’s lamb was cooked to perfection. Overall it was a good dinner however the saltiness, inconsistency with temp & the price is why I gave them a three.

We were seated promptly. They only had two servers as far as I could tell and both were new (one specifically was in training) but the main server hustled the best he could. I hope they get more servers soon but he still managed (he just looked overwhelmed). Even still the service was not lacking. The food was delicious and I love the ambiance. I'll definitely be back. I had the Cajun omelet and a waffle. I really liked the waffle. I will return to try other dishes for sure!

We had a group of 9 which we booked weeks in advance. I even called the restaurant 2 days before. We were celebrating a birthday. The service was extremely poor- took over an hour for 8 drinks and 2 hours for appetizer. The manager advised they were short staff but the place is not big and only had maybe another 10 people dining in the front. Definitely the worse experience I ever had at any restaurant. We will not come back to this restaurant ever again!

The salmon croquettes didn’t taste like salmon and more like a crab cakes. The food was not worth the price in my opinion. I dined during the brunch menu.

Not what I expected. The service was friendly but they were short-staffed so it took longer than expected to order and receive our drinks. I ordered the New Orleans omelette and it was very salty.

There were maybe 17 tables and 3 servers and yet the wait time was incredibly long. We didn’t even get seated until 15 minutes after our reservation. Once seated no one checked on us for at least another 10 minutes. It was incredibly disorganized. I’m not sure if they didn’t have specific sections or what. Finally this guy asks if we’ve been helped and we said no. I think part of the confusion was that we were seated without menus. This was on v-day weekend as well so it was a busy night, but if you can’t keep up with it, then don’t book so many ppl. Anyways, we finally order and they say they’re out of what we wanted, mind you at this time it’s not maybe 8:40pm and our reservation was for 7:15pm. To be out of something and it’s not even 9 is wild! How did you not prepare for everyone? We finally order and by the time the food comes it’s about 9:15ish. So it’s been 2 hours before we even get to eat. Then a bday party of like 20 ppl come in. Now celebrating your bday is great but maybe not 29 ppl at a small venue when it’s also vday weekend and ppl are wanting a romantic vibe. Idk it just seemed odd. The food was good. Not good enough for the wait but the best part by far. However, it’s incredibly expensive. Definitely not worth the money. I think restaurants forget that you’re also paying for the service, not just the food.

Thank you for this feedback. I do apologize for the wait, but as you mentioned - it was Valentine’s Day weekend. There was a wait unfortunately, as we try to accommodate everyone who wants to join us for this special occasion. We are glad the food met your standard and hope that you visit us again, perhaps during brunch.
