   Took an hour and a half to get our food. Absolutely unacceptable plus my steak came out rare instead of medium well. So not sure why it took so long. Kids chicken fingers took that long too they were starving. They need to really have a hard look at what is going on.

   Honest review: i was really excited to come to this place, but left really disappointed. While the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing with nice architecture, The food and service as well as management needs a lot of work. Food: very basic almost seems frozen and just heated up. We ordered three steaks all to be cooked “medium” . One came out rare, the other came out really rare, and the third came out borderline well done. Not sure how the cook managed that one. We sent back the really rare one, and it was gone for a good moment, but upon return it just seemed that they threw it in the microwave with little effort to correct the mistake. Service: Waiter was short and didn’t apologize for the ill prepared steaks. Atmosphere: There were approximately 20 to 30 people waiting for tables while simultaneously there was about seven empty tables capable of seating four or more patrons at each. I could not figure out for the life of me why people were waiting when they were so many empty tables. Its almost as if it was done on purpose. The tables were empty the entire time we were seated and still when we left.

   Service was amazing! Hostess was super polite and our server Danny was very thoughtful and accommodating. True examples of treating other the way they'd want to be treated. Thank you for making out anniversary dinner special

   First time visitor to this restaurant. Everything was amazing from the service to the bar drinks to the desserts! Excellent food!

   First time eating here. It is absolutely worth it! Delicious meal and fantastic server. We did have a reservation for New Years Eve which paid off as many were waiting. We will be back.

    Cherokee Grill is a must whenever we visit Gatlinburg from Florida. The ambience is so welcoming. Food and service is always superb. This visit happened to be my birthday and we got a prime location right next to the beautiful fireplace. It was perfect.
