   I tried to call the number on my bill- I don’t want this publicly posted. I would just like my card credited. We enjoyed everything about our service and food, however, we noticed after we left we were charged twice for our food.    Nicole fantastic server. Really enjoyed dinner on Thanksgiving—- thanks for being open. My wife’s steak was little over cooked and mine little undercooked but overall, enjoyed everything.

    Made reservation over two months ago. Had to wait 30 minutes, yet we arrived on time. There were many open tables. Tried to seat us upstairs with my mother in a wheelchair. After three attempts to seat us and having to raise my voice (because they would not seat us in a handicapped friendly area, we already waited 30 minutes with reservations, others without reservations were being seated. (I know because they gave number in there party and not their names)) we were finally seated. Already frustrated, we waited another 10 minutes before a server came to our table to take our order. So, 45 mins after arriving on time for our reservation, we finally had our drink (Soft drinks and teas) order. Food was good. Experience was not. We come to Gatlinburg every year during the holidays. But, I’ll take my $200.00 (cost of our meal for 4 with a bad experience) to another restaurant. You are actually treated better at Dicks.
