    Very disappointing Thanksgiving menu. Don’t do this in New Orleans. Travelled here and researched best place for a Thanksgiving dinner 6 weeks in advance for my family. Seated badly right on the end of another table right up against people at the bar. When there were open tables and we would have been more comfortable. Gumbo had to be returned, cold. Food not memorable. At the price it was not worth it. I wanted one “wow” on the menu and there was nothing special. Sadly had hoped for better treatment and service.

    Had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal in a lovely atmosphere with a great view. We got a great wine recommendation from our server that our whole party enjoyed.

    Our server Carol, and the manager, Sam, truly made our evening. They were both so attentive and friendly. The food was delicious but I can’t say it was 5 star quality, but our meal was very enjoyable. The atmosphere was lovely. Great service truly makes a difference. Thank you Carol and Sam! We felt special!

    Try the Duck Confit; it was prepared just right. Oysters also great, as were the steaks, especially the American Wagyu and the 1885 Nebraska. Service was friendly and precise. Seats by the floor to ceiling window have spectacular views of the river and all the shipping traffic.

    Great evening. The outdoor view was amazing overlooking the river and watching the Paddlewheeler Creole Queen board while we dined. It was a great dinner food was amazing and service was great.
