    Caesar salad was served with no dressing, filet mignon was well prepared but meat quality was not great. Service staff is not well trained but nice.

    The table side infusion cocktail service is the bomb. Great fun to liven up an evening and turn a beverage into an experience.

    The view was incredible; our server, Bailey, was exceptionally attentive - food was excellent. Would definitely recommend & will return!

    Overall, the evening was fine, just nothing special. The best part was working with Megan in Banquets, in advance, to plan the event. She was so professional, reliable, timely, knowledgable and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming, as was the service. Our server was Jay, and he was very nice and tried hard, but he was new, and it showed. Portions were very small, presentation was nil, and we had to wait for drinks and food for what seemed like a long while. The place is old and dated, and needs some modernization. Still beautiful view on the lake. They should open for lunch so people can see it. Or at least for happy hour.

    Window seat nice sunset view. Good was a bit overpriced for being pretty basic. Server was very pleasant & helpful. Ambience in general was very good.

    This was our first time at Chart House, and we will definitely be back! We dined here for our anniversary and all of the staff signed a card for us. Super sweet and thoughtful! Our server was excellent, everything went perfectly and the food/drinks were top notch! My husband got the 10 oz prime rib and loved his meal! I got the filet mignon with shrimp and it was so delicious. Our rockefeller oysters were the best we’ve had in the valley. And I can’t forget the desserts! You must get the lava cake and the crème brûlée tasting! Loved the ambiance and we look forward to coming back!
