    7pm reservation. Waited until 715pm to sit. Service was painfully slow. 3 hours later, desperately trying to pay and leave. Very disappointing and will probably not come back for Thanksgiving. And light pours on the drinks - might as well get us tipsy if we are going to wait over an hour for our food…but nope!

    The waiter served me the burned vegetables, asked for replacement and still bring same burned vegetables . Cook and waiter suck tonight! Turkey dinner = the diner restaurant tastes better .

    This place is over-priced for the quality of food served. The lobster bisque was too salty. The Cesear salad was brown and wilted. There was no gravy to put on the dry stuffing. The mashed potatoes looked like they were scrapped from the bottom of a container and were unedible. I saw two tables were served bread when they were seated, we were never offered bread.

    Thanksgiving dinner was a bust. Salads were not dressed, both main courses were cold served w/gray potatoes, lacking a side dish requested. We requested them both be packed up to go for our dogs. Will not return

    We love the Chart House. I'm not sure what happened at Thanksgiving but the food wasn't up to my remembrance. It was a very good value and the service was a 10. No alcohol involved. My wife and I just had GI stuff when we got home in the evening. However that won't stop me from returning very soon.

    As long time patrons of the Chart House, this experience was disappointing compared to our previous visits. The turkey was over cooked and very dry. The service was not very attentive. Our waiter seemed to be overwhelmed and was paying all of his attention to the larger parties. Due to all of this unfortunately we don’t think we will be back.

    I don’t think we would come back here for a holiday meal. Over priced, menu confusing, and lacked lower cost options for some in our party. Holiday service was slow.
