   We had a 7:30 PM reservation but we were not seated until a little after 8:30. I had checked in with the hostess at eight and was told we would be seated next, but we still had to wait another half hour. I have been to many Chart House restaurants over the years but this was my first time at this location and it was not a good experience at all. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation but had to wait standing for over a hour before being called. Once seated, we had to request several times to get napkins and water. The appetizers were good and so was the lobster bisque. The entrées, however, took almost 2 hours to get and the mahi was way over cooked and the Chilean Sea bass came out raw. The prime rib was a little overcooked, but was good. They took the fish back to remake it, but it took them over an hour to get two pieces of fish to the table. It was a few minutes after 11 PM when we finally got the check. We still had not gotten the fish and were leaving the table when the waiter arrived with the fish. We were going to leave without them, but they showed up as we were walking out and they packaged them to go. It should never take 3 1/2 hours to be seated and get your food at any restaurant and others were experiencing the same problems with the service and food.

   Waited 25 minutes past my reservation time to be seated. Service was about as well as you would've expected when the server is waiting on more tables than usual. My wife ordered Lobster Bisque and I ordered the New England Clam Chowder. Both were served cold. It is beyond me how soup could be served cold. Entrees came out and hot. Mahi was great. My wife's filet mignon was also good. A little disappointing but to be expected with the number of guests who were dining on Christmas Day.

   Food in this location really hasn't recovered since COVID in my opinion. Salad was just OK, main course was good although they ran out of lobster tails which is what my wife ordered. My wife asked for her dessert to go and the server packed everyone's up. While I am sure the server was tired since our seating wasn't until 7:15, he still didn't seem to be as professional and attentive as the Chart House price point deserves. Bathroom downstairs was closed due to a plumbing back up. We have eaten in this location for holidays and special occasions off and on for 25+ years but I am not sure I would go back. Locations really needs a freshening up and server training.

   Very friendly service. The Chilean Sea Bass was delicious. Nice crowd for Christmas.

   Wonderful Christmas dinner. Kitchen was backed up due to heavy crowd but we had a phenomenal waitress, Amy who kept us updated. Food here is always amazing.

   We had a nice experience for Christmas Day. The place was packed but well organized and our server Zack was great. The food was very good, would definitely go back for a holiday meal or any meal. It was wonderful not to cook or clean on a holiday for a change!

   Excellent choice for the 2 of us for Christmas. Food was excellent, service was perfect. Noise low enough that we could have a conversation. My now favorite restaurant for special occasions.

    The service was impossibly slow we waited 1/2 hour to get four glasses of wine. Then another 1/2 hour to get salads. The same was true for every course. We were the last to leave the restaurant because they forgot to bring our desserts. Next year somewhere different.
